This is only a brief outline of terms:
You have had the items for over 7 days,
You may request a refund if:
1) Has not be altered in any means ie: built on to, extra items added to, physically changed
2) Has not been tampered with ie: damaged, struck, pushed, torn, broken, splintered, shattered, mended, changed, sealed
3) Has not been physically used with or near materials, fiberous equipment, wet materials, coloured materials, liquids or solids to make it an UN NEW item
4) Is in a full resalable condition, ie: can be sold at rrp
5) Has no damage to any part or spares to the whole item, not part item
All five of the above statements must be met in full, for a refund if outside of the 7 days cooling off period. Regulated by the distant selling act.
