The Green Team, is a very loyal family business. Involving only close long term friends and family members.
As a business we aim to SAVE YOUR POCKET & THE PLANET.
We aim to be as eco friendly as we can. The paper we use is recycled, as to the ink in the laser printers. We all use biodiesel or wvo in our cars and vans.
At home and at work, we try to be energy efficent, we use one boil kettles, energy saving lightbulbs and harvest rainwater for the toilets. All used paper work is shredded and used as void fillers for parcels. All glycerin from wvo is reused in bricks on the fire - mixed with sawdust.
People in the Business:
Involving the family is very important to me.

(Above) Richard - incharge of all biodiesel sales over 1000 litres.
Richard, spends the majority of his time on the road.
From the family we have Rosaleen (Ros), who deals with sales, website, buying and paper work aka the wife (under my photo)
Chris - incharge of stock control and ordering stock aka the father inlaw.
Danny (below) - incharge of all transportation, couriers and HGV aka the little brother.

Guy - incharge of the "engineering" of the processors that we now make - aka the best friend.

Graham - Guys side kick.
Roger - the electrician. Any thing with wires and sparks, he pops up. Aka "todger" and friend.
Jan - the most important person in the business. Jan is Rosaleens mum, (Chris' wife) and helps out behind the sceens, helping with Oliver (our teenage son) and housekeeping. We wouldnt eat or find clothes without Jan. Aka "The Best"...
Oliver - helps out at weekends, mainly by going into town and helping us spend our last pennies!!! When he's older he'll be roped into the warehouse and office. Aka "Kevin.." any parent of teenagers will understand that...

ME - Simon. I pace alot round the office- winding my wife up!!, I have a lot of meetings and spend most of my day looking over Guys shoulder wanting to tweek a few bits here and there, until he tells me to go away.... I spend alot of time going to the post office and sorting mail. So really my job role must be MAIL BOY!.... and tea maker.... Ohhh I also sign cheques.... lol....
Well thats us really, we like socialising in village pubs, drinking real ale, and playing pool. Im a builder by trade, so most sundays are spent altering our house I built or doing the chores or sorting out the St Bernard that we got 7 years ago.
Take care, Simon
